Commitment
When you book a holiday at Kling Kling you agree to abide by the undermentioned booking conditions. Our commitment to you is to provide you with a holiday that you have booked and paid for.

Winsome will be there to welcome you when you arrive and will be living on the premises to make your stay enjoyable and assist in any way. She is paid to keep the house clean and to cook for you, but not to provide any of your provisions which you must organise yourself, or with her. It is however customary to tip the housekeeper at the end of your stay at your discretion if you have been pleased with the service. If you require laundry it can be arranged as an extra with Winsome.

Payment
Your completed booking form must be submitted to us via this website and a deposit of 50% sent to the bank in Jamaica. You will be sent a confirmation of the booking by e-mail when both are received along with the date by which the balance of the cost of your holiday is to be paid. The final payment will be due at least 8 weeks before your arrival date, unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not received by this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund. If you book your holiday within 8 weeks of the arrival date full payment will be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your holiday you must notify us in writing by recorded or registered post. Please send to 19 Albion Drive, London E8 4LX. Cancellations will be effective from the date of receipt of your written advice. The following cancellation charges will apply:

Days prior to arrival date charge

  • More than 56 (25% of deposit)
  • 29 - 56 (50% of deposit)
  • 14 - 28 (75% of deposit)
  • Under 14 (100% of deposit)

If we have to cancel your holiday a full refund will be payable. No liability will exceed the amount paid.

Your Responsibilities
It will be the responsibility of you/and or your party members to:

  1. Ensure that all passport, visa and health requirements are met
  2. Make your own travel arrangements
  3. Have all the necessary vehicle documentation and insurance cover (if hiring a car)
  4. Arrange appropriate travel insurance including cancellation and health cover

The owner of Klingkling shall not be liable to the client:

  1. For any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property, nor in respect of any equipment, plant, machinery or appliance on the premises.
  2. For any loss, damage, injury,illness or death, which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war,strikes or any other matters beyond the owners control.

Breakages
The cost of any breakages or damage to the property at Klingkling will be charged to you as appropriate.

Occupancy

  1. The number of people occupying the accommodation must not exceed 6 adults and 6 children. In the event of excess accommodation being required, Winsome will offer to seek alternative arrangements locally.
  2. The accommodation must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness on departure.

Quality of Service
It is the aim of the management of Klingkling to provide high quality of service to its customers. However occasionally things may go wrong and it is important that such matters are resolved as quickly as possible. If there is any part of the service with which you are not happy you should first pursue it with Winsome at the time where every effort will be made to resolve the matter.
